I got my car to dealership at the appointed time 8am. Service writer did the intake for a 30,000 mile check which I was told would be pretty straight forward basically an oil change. I asked for the wipers to be changed and tires rotated. There was a small problem I thought with the headlight sensor. I informed the service writer I had an appt at 1130 and he told me that would not be an issue. At 1050 after zero contact from any employee. I went to front service desk to inquire on the status of my vehicle. The service writer I had originally worked with was on the phone the other people, a new hire, and another service writer appeared to be busy. Stood there for several minutes before the other service writer lifted her eyes from her phone and inquired as to what I needed, not can I help you. In the middle of explaining that I needed an update on my car, she all of a sudden barks out. āAlexa skipā. Took me a startled moment to realize she was unhappy with the music selection and that was more important then my concerns with my car and getting to my next appt. The original service writer was off his phone call at this time and was able to supply me with information and get my car expedited so I could get to my next appt. I have taken vehicles to this dealership since 2003. Once on a pretty regular basis. But as time went on I used them less and less and think this may be my last time due to the unprofessional actions.

The job for my car was completed however the customer service experience was horrible. I called 7 times , to no avail, to see if my car was done. I dropped it off for an oil change at 7:30 am and returned at 3:15. When I arrived, the service person st the counter said it was done, I signed the paperwork and that they had to go get my car from offside because they were renovating. I was told it was just down the road and would take about 5 minutes. I waited for 20 and returned to the desk and the man said there was one person ahead of me so it was on its way....another 20 minutes passed. He then comes up to me and tells me my car actually isn't done and is still in the air and will be done in 20 minutes. 75 minutes late, they finally return my car. No offer to make up for anything and no real apology. I understand things happen but I was treated like o was the issue.

I called to make an appointment for my Audi Q5 to get a routine oil change. They were booked out a month. Which I thought was a long time. Good thing it was nothing serious that needed immediate attention. So I made and appointment. The oil change took 3 and half hours!!!!! My husband and I decided to wait for my car thinking a normal oil change is roughly and hour or less. We were definitely wrong. After two hours I went to the service desk and asked for the status of my car. I was told by Scott that they are just finishing up and it should be just 30 more minutes. After about 40 minutes I went back and asked where my car was. Scott said sorry they a just finishing up and it will be back shortly. He now claimed an oil plug seized and they replaced it. If thatās the case why didnāt you say that earlier? Makes me think they didnāt even start my oil change until I had asked the status of my car twice. In the end we waited 3 1/2 hours for something that should have took no more than 45 mins even replacing a oil plug. Unfortunately I have prepaid oil changes here which I may just cut my losses. I have loved my Audi but this service issue they have makes me want to sell and never buy from them again. I highly recommend you do not by from them or at least not service your car there.

Worst Audi dealership ever!!! Their service department is full of liars! We had a scheduled appointment for our Audi Q7 TDI to have a new EGR cooler put in it was supposed to be a three-day job they had the car for over 2 months. The dealership lied to us about the circumstances behind why it took so long. Lost parts, parts that didn't come in. When we scheduled the repair we were told they had all the parts they needed. Turns out they didn't have mechanic who could do the work. When they finally completed the car they ruined the serpentine belt and forgot to put some bolts in the EGR cooler that led to exhaust fumes blowing into the cabin. Also they were supposed to perform a free oil change for the inconvenience which they claim they did but did not. When I got the car back it was the old oil and it was 3/4 of a quart low. They were also supposed to top off the DPF fluid it was almost empty when I got the car back. We had to take the car to an Audi mechanic in Coeur d'Alene who fixed the serpentine belt and change the oil and topped off DPF fluid for us. We've also tried to contact big Audi to file a complaint to try and get those repairs paid for by Audi since it was their mechanics who caused the problem in the first place. Good luck getting through to Big Audi I've been on hold for 4 hours. Like Audis I just hate their f****** service department and their God damn lying service department people.

My daughters 2007 Audi broke down nearby so she drove it there for them to take a look at and fix. My daughter and I tried several times to reach someone for an update. The gal who always answered the phone was very kind and polite. She would tell us that the tech would call us back but he never did. After 3 weeks of no updates. Finally we got a call back. Due to the high price of repair we decided not to fix the car. They offered us $500 for the car minus the diagnostic fee. We decided to sell the car to an acquaintance who would pick the car up. I called 3 times to try to pay the diagnostic and to tell them that my friend was going to pick up the car (we live on the Oregon coast and our daughter is a college student) again I was told that the tech would call me back. He never did until my friend was there to pick up the carā¦he ultimately had to pay and it took 3 hours to get him going with the car. I have been to Beaverton Audi and Portland Audi service departments and I was very satisfied with them. It was very stressful not knowing what was going on, being over 400 miles away, and having my daughter without a car. All it would take is a little communication.

The service at Audi Spokane is nonexistent. They have good mechanics, thatās all. We love our car but hate having it serviced. Most recently, we needed recall and scheduled service work done. Called daily and left messages for a week with no response. Drove from North Spokane to the valley in order to schedule the appointment that was one month out. After arriving on time, the work was projected to take no more than 5 hours. After waiting 7 hours, the work still was not completed. We left without all the service being done. No customer service at all!!

Pros: They are very nice! shoutout to Scott the service advisor for helping me out, the place overall looked professional, clean, and elegant. Cons: Lack of communication, quality, and poor workmanship I took my 2010 Audi A4 to resolve an oil consumption issue. I was charged a total of $182.54 for an oil dye test and a "multi-point" inspection. There findings included that my car was in tip-top shape aside from the oil leak they found and that my tires and brakes needed to be changed sooner or later. I got my keys back feeling satisfied and confident that the problem will soon be resolved. unfortunately this is where the good news comes to a halt. when I received my car I soon noticed that a check engine light had come on and the car started to run rough. noticeable vibration, and spikes in RPMs. realizing the car came back in even worse condition then I got it, I immediately called back and explained my issue. The person behind the phone honestly didn't seem alarmed or cared about my situation, the person did ask for a good phone number or email to reach me and that they would call me back asap. two weeks pass by and still no word from them. (I waited this long simply because I know how busy mechanics can get and didn't want to be a bother or be known as "that" customer) So I attempt to call multiple times to reach out with NO answer. At this point I am fed up and in desperate need of my car, so I reach out to Europro Automotive. where I paid for the same two tasks. 1. oil dye test, 2. multi-point inspection this is that they found: Oil over filled All cylinders misfiring Battery needs to be replaced Brakes need to be replaced Tire tread low Control Arm bushings are torn and have play Smoke leaving crankcase from rear main seal Drive belts showing wear Oil leak Finding out about this made me realize how poor the service at Audi of Spokane was and had me thinking where the heck my money went to. consider this a mini review for Europro Automotive. They were professional, nice, and communicated very well. They explained the complete status of my car to me, something Audi lacked in doing. I forgot to mention that Europro even topped off the the fluids including brake, wiper, coolant, etc which they didn't have to do. Overall I do not recommend servicing you're car at this dealership, perhaps I was just unlucky and maybe the service is good, But when comparing the findings of the Audi inspection and the Europro inspection I just do not feel confident nor comfortable enough to go back to Audi, and that you are better off finding a trusted mechanic.

I tried contacting for a month, ten booked online where I couldn?t put specific issues. Then tried calling/emailing for 3 weeks before my appointment to let them know vehicle recalls needed to be be done. No one returned my calls. They were only able to do one of the recalls. We live 3.5 hours away so this is a major issue. I will try a dealership on the other side of the mountains after this as this is not the first time I was unable to speak to anyone prior to the appointment.

How Audi maintains its franchise agreement with Autonation Audi Spokane is unexplainable. We have zero trust and confidence in the dealerships ability to service our car. I have repeatedly asked for the general manager to contact me, no one has returned my phone call. I see other reviewers mentioning the overall disorganization, I think thatās putting it mildly. The broken promises of fixing a one year old car is both deceptive and abusive to a consumer. The lack of accountability from management to respond to a consumer concern is inexcusable.

The quality of service I received from this facility multiple times should be illegal!!! Currently in the middle of taking legal action against them they are so awful! My car stayed in their shop for four months with NO progress. I went through FIVE different employees āmanaging my caseā and Iād go weeks without hearing anything, no one ever answers their phone or returns calls and when they do you find out whoever was working your case has been fired or quit and they didnāt bother to reach out! Starting over every single time! This didnāt happen just once either. My car stayed another long stent in their shop last summer and my purchased warranty denied my claim because this service department did not handle the claim paperwork correctly. Costed me thousands out of pocket! Then the repairs I paid for later failed and caused even more damage to my vehicle and they not only refused to warranty their work (which they say they warranty their work for one year) but they also wouldnāt even goodwill help pay for the $8,000 repair. Avoid this facility at all costs!!!

Waited for service door to open and when it did not I was forced to walk outside and through the showroom and waiting area. Ignored and then told wait. Waiting area was small and not enough seating to accommodate all clients. Salesmen were on phones and very loud. Also busy setting up a lunch party. No signage for restrooms. Car not ready when promised. Unable to find paperwork and keys when done. Overall a bad experience and especially after waiting over a month for the appointment for 2 recalls. Next I will have to find a new dealership.

I schedule a service appointment 4 months in advance not because I wanted to do it 4 months in advance but because they were 4 months backed up for my etron to do a battery recall. Apparently the battery recall takes like a month and a 1/2 they promise me a loaner at that time obviously I'm gonna need a loaner if I don't have a car for a month and a 1/2. I stop by earlier this week and buy a wiper and verified my appt date of today at 9am and ask could I get the new etron as a loaner because I'm considering buying one and would like to drive it. Gal at the service desk said it's out with another client but if it is here certainly so. Today I make time out of my work schedule and come in promptly at 9 AM for my long standing appointment. The male service advisor at the counter will barely make eye contact with me and look up from whatever he's doing when I come in to drop my car off, proceeds to tell me let me check into the service loaner so I wait about 10 minutes. Then he comes out and tells me I don't have any service loaners at all you're gonna have to come back in 2 weeks for your appointment. This of course infuriates me, wasting my day, my time and 4 months or so I waited for the stupid appointment in the 1st place. Absolutely complete s*** customer service. I might as well try a different Audi dealership cause this one sucks or buy a different brand cuz these guys don't give a s***. What's even worse is I worked at this dealership for 15 years previously and took great pride in service when I was there!

Terrible customer service. Worst I have experienced, in fact I was going to buy another Audi, but will not due to the terrible lack of service displayed by their staff. When I arrived I was not greeted for the first 5 minutes, as 1 of the service writers was with another a customer and the other was too busy typing a work order into his computer to even acknowledge that a customer had walked in. After 5 minutes he finally said āwe will be right with youā. After waiting patiently and quietly for another 5 minutes (the other writer during this time had wrapped up with a customer and went to typing into his computer without saying anything). I then asked, āI have an 830 appointment, can I just leave my keysā. Finally the original service writer who was too busy typing to help me said how can I help you. (Other service writer didnāt even look up from his screen). I had called the General Manager after the experience to share my frustration, and still have not received a call back. When I picked up the car same thing, same 2 service writers in their own world typing into the computers, thankfully a lady came up after again waiting for 5-10 minutes in silence to help me. Gave me my paperwork, had me sign and that was it, didnāt even review the notes on my paperwork. I canāt believe how terrible my experience was. Having my own businesses where the customer experience is paramount in a competitive world and repeat business is everything. These individual would not work for me tomorrow.

If your buying from Audi Spokane, expect 1-2 MONTHS WAIT for service appointment, sometimes more! That may be you on the side of the road waiting for at least a MONTH for service. I am thinking of trading in my newer Audi in because of major issues getting service appointments. Itās been this way for years at Audi Spokane.

I made 3 attempts to get my Audi in for a recall. They seem to have a tough time answering their phones. Then they are 2 months out. Then they have no loaners, like the recall notice said they would have. When I finally got through and made the appointment it went fine. When my son picked up my car he was not impressed with the effort put out to get the car out- then it was covered with snow and all they did was run the wipers and hand him the keys. Not what I would expect from an Audi dealer.

After purchasing a Q8 we had computer problems were every single warning ligt possible came on with multiple warnings to contact the Audi service immediately.we contacted Audi of Spokane were we purchased the car and were told we don't have any appointments available for six weeks. We then asked for a loaner and we would bring the car in hoping they could fit it in. We were told no loaners and we are the dealer so you have to work with us. What the hell someone spends almost 100k on a vehicle to be told that. I'll never purchase another vehicle there ever

I took my car to program a new key, the new key was programmed correctly, however the old key fab (which I had given to the service center upon arrival) was unprogrammed. It no longer works. I have called twice and left messages about this, but have not heard back. It was a long visit (2 hours) when I had been told it would be about an hour. I live over 2 hours away so it is not practical to stop by for the fab to be reprogrammed.

Very disappointed with Audi of Spokane. When we bought our Q7 after a few months the breaks developed a terrible squeal. When we brought the car in, we were told this is known as the Audi squeak and not much they could do, which is fine. Not their fault. About 6 months later our brake pads were due for replacing. We were told they could put on the same style of brake pads which would continue to squeak or we could upgrade the system to the better newer brakes for an additional $1000 that fix the problem. We went for the upgrade because the squeak annoyed me greatly. Less than a year later the squeak is back worse than before. We had the car in. They say there is nothing they can do for the squeak. Which is fine but highly frustrating because we feel we got taken advantage of and upsold for something that doesnāt work and was unnecessary. The kicker is when the car was in they broke our speaker cover on the driver side door and are pushing us off on taking responsibility and being willing to fix it. Would not recommend taking your vehicle in to this location.

Would give them a 0 if I could. Worst service ever. They have had my car for over a month with zero contact from the service center except for when they called and asked me if I had picked up the car. When I told them no they said they had miss placed my car and would call me when that found it they never called I had to go to the dealership and ask they did find it but had no info to regarding the repairs.This was after they said they repaired my can went and pick it up check engine light was still on and car was telling me to add oil plus they had put a huge scratch in the paint and grease all over the gray headliner. I'm still waiting for my car worst dealership I've ever dealt with I will never go back. Plus they have the worst hours what service center opens at 9.

Unfortunately the experience at Audi Spokane was unfavorable. After my car (a 2020 Q5 purchased from the dealership ~15 months prior, serviced, and recalled at the dealership as well) was inoperable due to electrical malfunctions that ultimately led to power steering and brake failure, it was towed to the dealership. I understand times are busy, and businesses are short handed, but I was given a first available diagnostic appointment over 4 weeks out. The dealership provided no service loaner, no updates, and when my appointment came they provided no service. I called for updates and a service loaner multiple times each week to no avail and was assured my car would be serviced at the scheduled date. It wasn't. It wasn't until days later and after contacting Audi corporate that it managed to be diagnosed. The only highlight was Marilee who answered questions, was empathetic to my situation, and responsive when I called/texted. This experience had soured my taste for this car, so I asked the used car manager to provide a quote to buy it. They would not offer a quote to buy the car until it was repaired (I somewhat understand that, but they knew it was going to be under warranty). To add insult to injury, when the car was finally repaired the used car manager offered a figure $8,000 below trade-in value from any of the online tools. I didn't expect retail value, but I expected to be treated fairly. Upon picking up my car, the battery and parts replaced were left in the front seat as if I wanted to take them and dispose of them myself?! Further, I had to wait 22 mins for the service manager to finish personal business so that I could get my keys. If the service department was busy and I had to wait, I would understand. But it was empty. I was the only person in the service department after one of the mangers tried to make small talk, saw how unhappy I was, and then went 'to look what was going on', and never returned. With supply chain issues and businesses being short handed I am a patient person. What I am not willing to accept is being treated poorly and unfairly. I will not do business with this dealership again.

My very first purchase for a car out here in the states, and everybody was very helpful and professional. You'd know you're in a good place when even other customers are in a good mood and not aggravated whatsoever. Very accommodating and easy to communicate with. No regrets coming in to this dealer.

We have been unable to get the service dept to return our calls regarding our broken door handle. We also purchased their extended warranty which we were told would guarantee us a loaner car. We even phoned a week before the appt to make sure we could get one (because that is what the extended warranty was supposed to supply us with) Now weāre wondering if our part ever came in or if it will come in at all?

2 weeks and several messages left with no response regarding a part that is needed for our Audi Q5. Especially when the WARRANTY restricts us to work with Audi Spokane only. Very disappointing and HOPING we hear SOMETHING soon so we can use our drivers side door that has a factory defective part.

We took our car in because the "car" said it was time to change the oil and whatever else comes with 77,000 miles. There is construction at the dealership. so we expected delays. It took over an hour for the oil change. The mechanics left their plastic on the seats and paper mat in our car, after they brought it out; these items should have been thrown away before we got to the car. There is also no where to sit down on the Audi side of the dealership, while you wait, except for a few seats; if there is more than 3-4 people waiting, you have no where to sit down. The VW side has a room to sit in, where the seats are beat up and old and there is 4 of them; we realize Covid is the reason for the lack of seats, but if that's the case, they should be spaced out further to comply with regulations, but not completely gotten rid of. Lastly, the staff wasn't as friendly as they used to be, but again, Covid is causing the stress.

We had a great experience here and we can't say enough about our salesperson Zach Foster. We walked in not knowing what we really wanted and not only did he listen but read between the lines. He was responsive, brand knowledgeable and offered opinions without being pushy. We also had a good experience with Justyn Cruz who explained warranty services and options, again without being pushy.

Service check-in and out was friendly, service was completed at the time given, services on and condition of vehicle was reported clearly. I know it was a snowy and street slushy day and a squirt off of vehicle would have been unnoticeable in 10 minutes. However, it would have been a nice touch that I've come to expect after service at this and other dealerships.

This business breaks your car while they are doing a recall and then unwilling to fix it. But more than happy to charge you an additional $1000+ to get it fixed. Instead of accepting responsibility they go as far as the general manager himself bashing your car for it's age and condition. Do yourself a favor and go to another dealer!!

They sold it to us without the certified pre-owned vehicle inspection report and the extra key. They said they would get it to us and itās been almost 2 months and the have no recollection of this. They keep telling me they are looking into it. No response. We tried our salesman and they wonāt return our text/calls. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

We have had the eTron for 2 years, after a Q7 we had for 7 years which we loved. There are many things we like about the eTron, but the phone app is very problematic and unreliable, and support for the app is nearly impossible to get. I have been trying for more than a month to get help getting it to work again -- all we want to do is warm up the car! I am tech-savvy and have been given different answers from different people, none of which worked. The car is good in many aspects, as we expected, but the MMI interface, and some of the user-interfaces are not as flexible or user-friendly as my Chevy pickup which cost half as much! Local service in Spokane has been challenging, likely due to staffing shortages, but I'm hopeful they are getting those resolved. They have good people now, but it's sometimes difficult to connect with them.

I had the oil changed in my Q5 and was satisfied with the task but not the 2 hours it took to do a simple service. I was not happy with the extreme difficulty with scheduling the service. I tried to call several times and never got a person on the phone. Even when I left a message for a callback, I was not contacted. I finally managed to get the service scheduled online and it was almost a month out from when I set up the appointment. I don't believe I will get the oil changed here next time due to these factors.

Come in yesterday Dec. 6 to purchase a Q8, after seeing on audiās site that it was in transit to their location 3 weeks prior. Came in put a deposit down for that vehicle to make sure that I was going to be the first to receive that car. Their site had a price that I was willing to purchase for at that time but when it came to coming in for the car they up the price by 5k! Telling me that it was cooperate who had made a new rule the beginning of Dec. If I would have known of this price difference I wouldnāt have put a deposit down! Letās just say I didnāt walk out with the new vehicle not only because of the unknown price mark up but because the service I received through Audi. 6 months prior I purchased the Q7 through Audi, and when I purchased that vehicle I had the best service with John the salesman, that was the reason why I purchased at the time. But sad to say he no longer works their because management team right now are trouble! The management team did nothing out of their way to get me out the door with purchasing the vehicle. I drove all the way from CDA and spent 3 hrs there to get purchase the vehicle but they did nothing to make me be a happy returning client. They shouldnāt have up the price since I had put a deposit for that vehicle prior to their ānew ruleā! The site still shows the price prior to having the vehicle on their lot. Need to say I probably wonāt be buying a new Audi anytime soon unless they do something better with the management at this location! For a luxury expensive auto dealer, Audi needs to treat their clients 100% better then what Iāve experienced.

I am so disappointed with the customer service and quality of vehicle. I leased a q3 in January 2019. About 4 months ago, after a big rain, water came through the light console at the top by sunroof. About a week later it happened again. So much water that when I turned left water would come pouring out of my left light and turn it on. I called to complain and no one seemed to care. The soonest they could get me in for service was a month out. The leaking continued to happenā¦so ridiculous and I am sure it is causing major damage to the car. Not to mention the lights staying on due to the water pressure. I called and left three messages. Every time someone at this location says they will help and have someone call me back they do not. I have a couple of recall notices on this vehicle as well. My electric date and time keeps resetting weekly. My tire light keeps coming on, even though itās been checked. My key fob battery light says low even though I changed it. I have an appointment for December 18th. The only date I can go because I have a job and need my car. This is the soonest Saturday. I called again yesterday to try and get help one more time. Again sure letās see what we can do we will call you and guess what NO CALL AND NO HELP. Stay away from this business and be very very careful about buying or leasing a q3. You could get a lemon like me and get no one to help you.

The service department at Audi Spokane gets 5 stars. Very nice people and thorough explanations of procedures. However, everyone Iāve met in sales has that slick, impersonal car dealer feel. Additionally, they reached out to me to try and buy back my used vehicle due to the need for inventory during covid. When I emailed them backā¦no reply. When I followed up in personā¦no assistance. By phoneā¦nothing. Of course they still tried to pitch me a new car to buy though. If you need standard maintenance like I did, Iād recommend Audi Spokane. If you need sales or honest customer care, look elsewhere.

I had to take my Audi in before work on Tuesday. Getting there for a 9 AM time was difficult because of traffic & construction. But there is a recall on the driver's side airbag for my 1999 Audi A6 Quattro, & I felt that getting that taken care of sooner, rather than later, would be best. Checking in at service, the gentleman was helpful & friendly. My husband & I was told it would take about 2 hours. I had to go to work, so we were told about our options on how to retrieve my Audi. Here's the disappointing part: my husband brings me my keys after 2 hours had passed, only to inform me that we will need to bring my Audi back Thursday morning... all because they didn't have the airbag that needed to be replaced! My first thought? Before I perform any service for my industry, or even before cooking, I make sure I have everything that is needed. If I don't, then I call my clients to let them know & reschedule their appointment. I don't have them come out anyway, just in case I might get what is needed in time, or wait until their already there to see if I have what is needed. We are disappointed to say the least. Especially now that we have to do a repeat of dropping my Audi off, on an already full workday schedule. Thank you for your response. We were actually told to bring my Audi back out today. I will call before heading out, to guarantee the parts are there.

I hesitated writing this one, but finally decided to as I wanted the service team to improve how they prioritize their service queue. I was driving back with 4 kids from Seattle from Spokane after a soccer game and pulled over for a coffee/snack at the Ritzville exit an hour west of Spokane. I had an unfortunate incident of one my tires bursting (all 4 new tires installed Aug 2021 from Audi Bellevue, I ended up with a lemon :() hitting the Starbucks parking lot curb. Not sure what happened, it could be the angle in which the tires hit the curb but couldn't be the speed as I was trying to park. There were no tire shops open (Sunday 5p) and I thought my best option was to tow it to Audi Spokane (an hour away) even though the cost was around $500 to get it towed there. I along with 4 kids walked to a nearby hotel for an overnight stay, hoping that we could convince Audi service to attend to our car early in the morning when they open. I am guilty as I am making 4 kids miss school and want to get them home asap. I called the service center first thing in the morning around 7a, sharing the unfortunate situation and requesting them to prioritize my service. But no luck, either with the representatives or with the manager in getting an ETA. The standard response (had at least half-dozen calls) was that they are short staffed and there are other requests ahead of mine. Without a positive response, I decided to take an Enterprise rental so that we could get home at a reasonable time for the kids to catch-up with school work. Since Audi could not complete the service on time, I had to do another round-trip from Seattle to Spokane (10 hours) to pick my vehicle back. Enterprise rental was a life saver as they drove more than an hour to pick us up and put us on a rental car. I wish Audi service team had such empathy for their customers.

My car was dropped off last Tuesday and when I finally got a hold of them because I physically went there, they still have NOT touched car because they "dropped the ball". No apology from them, just sass, and no consideration what so ever. The people there are rude, incompetent, belittling and so much worse, I mean I could go on... DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE! Go anywhere else but there, you would be doing yourself a huge favor!!

Everyone in the service department, from the office lady to the mechanic has no idea what they are doing! I have gone in twice in the last six months with my check engine light on, and both times been told there was no issue - just to have the light go back on within a day of picking it up from their shop! It took almost two wks to replace one injector. They are extremely unprofessional and DO NOT return phone calls. If you are lucky enough to get through to someone in the service department (I had to go through Sales Dept to get through every time) then you will not be able to get an appointment for at least a month!! Definitely sours me on ever buying another Audi if servicing my vehicle, even just a basic oil change is going to be such a frustrating experience every timeā¦..

Well the service center has some issues getting the reasons for your visit ironed out. Went in for a recall, it didnāt get done. The vehicle has an āinspection dueā warning on start up. they didnāt ask about it while they had my vehicle, didnāt offer why the warning was on, and didnāt clear it. Small items to mention in leaving: they didnāt offer to clean off the car after working on it. the drivers side power seats and steering column had been left adjusted for someone else, who was very small, when they returned my vehicle. The interior was left dirty on the drivers floor. All three of those small things would have been easily overlooked if they just did the recall maintenance correctly. Itās been multiple attempts at this specific place to get it done. Iād like to give benefit of doubt and say itās my vehicle being the issue but all I get told is they need to reorder the part over and over. So I guess either Audi as a whole makes inferior products to fix a recall, or this service center cannot do the job right. Both are enough reason to find a new vehicle/service center for me.

Purchased my Q5 new from Audi Spokane in 2013. I have loved the car and had great service until last week. At my annual service I was presented with 3 different option packages. The packages ranged in price from $800 to over $1200. The prices for separate services within each package were not listed. I was told to pick what package I wanted without further explanation. Figuring I was due for some major service, I did not really question the price. A couple of the ridiculous items I ended up paying for were $30 for air freshener and $35 for an oil additive (in addition to the $90 oil change fee). I am very disappointed in Audi Spokane. They lost a loyal customer and I will never return for service.

We had a brand new car that took months for a sensor to be fixed. Audi tried to blame us because we had a teeny tiny scratch on the bumper. Mask wearing was ridiculous and not enforced. Itās nearly impossible to get a person to answer the phone to either make an appointment or check on status. Also appointments are scheduled months out. This was a miserable experience. We thought buying an Audi would also mean being part of an exceptional maintenance program but this was not our experience.

Donāt even think about calling the service department, those folks could care less. I called three or four times a day, for four days in a row, before finally giving up. They simply wonāt answer their phone, they wonāt return your call after leaving a voice message, and they ignore messages passed on by the nice folks in new car sales. I finally gave up and drove in to the dealership to make an appointment in person for a 40,000 mile service for my ā18 SQ5. A month later, the same thing. I gave up trying to call the service dept. to; (1) verify my service appointment (I never received their promised e-mail confirmation) and, (2) as requested, to verify availability of a loaner vehicle. Customer Service means nothing to these people. Looking over previous āreviewsā I can see that all the service department reviews were negative. In fact, there wasnāt a single positive review that I could find. Not sure how a luxury car dealership General Manager can retain his/her employment by ignoring an out-of-control service department. Aside from used car sales, service is their biggest profit source. Maybe Audi isnāt a luxury vehicle? Maybe being a national chain reduces management/ownership oversight? Or maybe they just donāt care about customer service? Iāve owned Acura, BMW, Porsche, and Infinity and these dealerships all know how to treat their customers. Audi Spokane would be out of business if there was another Audi dealership near by. However, I spend my winters in Arizona and they have a bunch of Audi dealerships there.

I am conflicted writing this - I have enjoyed my Audi, great car. However, buying a car here also requires the partnership of an accessible and responsive service center. There is a repeatable pattern where service does not answer any phones for weeks and/or tries to send you to an automated scheduler that doesn't work and routes you back to the number no one responds to. For two weeks I have called service with no answer and even tried sales department where left a message with no return calls. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone if you expect service beyond selling you the car. Thank you

Disappointed by service experience. I drove 110 miles for annual SQ5 service. As soon I reached there TPMS indicated pressure loss in one tire. I requested person on the desk repeatedly to make sure tire is ok as I have to drive back 110 miles. She told me donāt worry we will take care of it. We are having these issues as tires are getting nails due to construction. When my car was back from service there was nothing about tire on the check list. I asked her whether tire was checked. She said yea and they did not see any problem. Probably indicator went on because of temperature change.They have put more air any stored it. You should be fine. As soon as I left Spokane TPMS start indicating pressure loss on same tire. I had to make frequent stops to keep putting air in that tire on my way back home. Very disappointed by level of their professionalism.

I was unable to contact service department by phone and had to make a service appointment online over a month out. I come from Pullman 1.5 hours away and 20miles into my drive home my check tire pressure alerted me. Both of my front tires were at 20psi rather than 35! They rotated my tires and did an alignment. Do they not check tire pressure??? My car took several hours longer than expected and they did not answer the phone when I called to check on my car. Lastly, I expected my car to get washed as it has been with all my other services. For a $1000 service I was not impressed! I will likely look to get my car serviced in Pullman and skip the hassle and extra cost of the dealership!

Very poor customer service. Was early for my appointment I made 6 weeks ago because they are too busy to schedule any earlier. Requested a loaner car because I live 2 hours from Spokane, and have errands in Spokane when I get there. Service manager did not greet customers, no āhello, welcome to Audi Service ā or āgood morning, I will be with you in a few minutes ā. After standing there for several minutes he said āI think I have a loaner, I need driverās license, proof of insurance, and credit cardā which I got and he copied. He then retrieved car keys and then said āoh I guess I donāt have the carā. They did shuttle me and call me 4 hours later when car was finished. They donāt wash or vacuum car which is a big disappointment, but worse is they left dirt footprints on both front driver and passenger carpet. This was actually the same service and experience I received a month ago when they changed my oil, but I gave them consideration due to COVID-19 and they said several people had just quit because of management.

Why make an appt when you have to wait 2 and a half hours to have an inspection. My friend is caring for me and was unable to assist with my needs due to there untimely affairs. Don't over book or take on too much when you have scheduled appointments.

Without a doubt the worst car repair experience I have ever had. Communication from the dealership was nearly nonexistent. Extra parts had to be ordered-twice. I received an email saying āSorry you missed your appointmentā. Hah, I didnāt miss it, the dealership did. When I called to check on the progress of the repair, I was lied to more than once. All told, it took almost three weeks to complete a ten hour repair. It took an extra two days for the staff to figure out how to release payment from the extended warranty company- the service manager didnāt know how to do this. To top it off, the cars exterior was filthy when they returned it. You turned a potential repeat customer into one that will never recommend your dealership or purchase another car there. Sad too, because all it would have taken was honesty and integrity. I didnāt care so much about the three week time frame, but the repeated lies were too much.

Seriously! Spokane Audi does not deserve the license to deal with this marquee. Wake up Audi NA and protect your brand! My initial impression was in question when after having driven 3 hours the key that I thought was going to be programmed was not able to be found and I went home empty handed. I am sad to have to rate this dealership 2 stars but I am hoping my experience will help shed light on the underlying issues and the change that is needed to create a more positive experience for customers. I am going to break up this review into two sections- sales and service. Sales: Excellent communication, status updates, and overall customer service. The team deserves 5 stars and are always willing to help. Shout out to Chris Driggs for being a fantastic resource in helping me lease another Q5. Service: This is where the disappointment and frustration all resides due to this service center being severely UNDERSTAFFED. And no, it has been understaffed since 2019, not because of COVID. Please note that my negative review is not connected to the current service manager who was hired in 2021 and has been absolutely wonderful to work with. He is the only person who has truly wanted to help me and create a more positive experience for me. This service center has been a disaster since 2018 when I leased my first Audi. They lost their general manager and then their service manager and only just recently found a replacement this year- 2021. Ray, the manager of Volkswagen, had to step in and be the interim Service Manager and Audi General Manager while doing his other job! This in itself is absolutely insane. Ray is wonderful as well and has done the best he can considering the workload he has been managing over the past several years, but this is not sustainable. Because of this, no one ever answers the service center phone or returns your calls, which can be very frustrating when needing a consult before booking an appointment. I frequently had to call the sales team and have them walk over to service so that they could put someone on the phone to talk to me (this only disrupts their day and frankly-,this isn't their job). All of this has only created miscommunication, inefficiency and a loss of respect for the Audi brand. Had I known this would be my local experience with the Audi service center, I would have bought a BMW or Mercedes, which makes me very sad to say because I love my Audi, but here we are. I have also had constant issues popping up with my second NEW Audi's tires and these issues should have been caught the first time I brought my vehicle in, versus the fifth time. Every time I come here, I spend 4-5 hours here to get simple answers or just to have someone look at my tire. I don't know if this is connected to inexperienced mechanics or a lack of mechanics which causes their only experienced mechanics to be overworked and stretched thin, or it is a result of a lack of management over the years- but it all leads to this place being understaffed and it needs to be resolved. So many mistakes have been made to my vehicles since I leased my first Audi as a result of this mismanagement. This is not the reflection of a luxury brand. There are never enough people working here to help, and the current service team looks stressed and overworked. There is also a high level of turnover here which will only continue to hurt the customer experience moving forward. I find myself regretting getting a new car here- and wish I bought a used one instead just so that I could take the vehicle somewhere else to be serviced! I hope this review will stimulate change and at least help the new general manager who has just come aboard to create a more positive experience for customers but also- for the Audi staff here .

When I finally got the service manager to call back, he left a phone number that does not have a voicemail mail box. I am ready to bail on my Audi and never look back. They say employee shortage. Pay more. We pay a premium for our vehicles so pass this premium on to hire employees to provide premium service. So aggravating!!!

Took the A5 in for its 10,000 mile scheduled service. Nobody would answer phones to see about loaners, but as usual when they did, no loaners available. No shuttle available due to Covid. Offered a rental car for which we would have to pay. No car wash because car wash guy has broken foot and no other employees to wash cars. What used to be the only decent department at Audi - the service department - is now not even that friendly. They seemed less than helpful when I inquired about software updates to which they responded they donāt just perform updates for no reason. Very sad service in general. The only thing going for them is the car. Theyāve clearly lost sight that itās great customer service that keeps customers loyal. Weāve purchased three cars from them over 12 years. Time for a dealer and brand that wants our business.

Donāt know what else to say as they must get away with it bc itās the Only one for hundreds of miles. Sad. First off you are lucky to get anyone to answer the phone. Have had to call sales to get anyone to pick up. Voicemail goes to Ray Jones but never get a call back. No communication. They never call to let customers know when their vehicles are ready (appears to be a trend among reviews). Both recent appointments didnāt go smooth, the first, person checking me in didnāt have record of the appointment, the second they had to call me because they didnāt know what tires (they had to order them) were getting put on. So sad to see this after excellent experience in NC. This terrible Service tarnished a brand.

It took two weeks for my car to make it into the garage. Then they had my car for 5 weeks, and didn't do well at communicating why or returning my calls. After getting my car back the signal that I was due for an oil change in 4 days came on. With as long as they had my vehicle they could have asked me if I wanted an oil change. Instead I have to make another appointment two give my car back to them for that. 2 months later I'm still trying to get my car in for an oil change and service inspection, but the service department doesn't answer calls or return them.

Went in for recall service for my fuel pump, fuel line and passenger occupant detection sensor on my 2012 audi a6. I had made a appointment about 2 months prior and they had said to complete everything it would only be about a half day wait. I show up for my appointment, drop the car off and get a service loaner car which was completely filthy. The outside looked like it had only ever seen a dirt road, same with the inside. Later that day I get a call saying the parts for the recall service were never ordered when I made the appointment 2 months prior. I ended up having to wait 7 days before I could pick my car back up, and dident even get a courtesy wash on my vehical. Tho it was just a recall service I don't think I'll be going back if I need any work done.

I drive the Audi e tron so I have my one year service scheduled and at the same time I have asked the service team to check the charging performance on a level 2 charging station. I have a level 2 charger installed at my home and I know the car was not charging at the rate it was capable of charging. At a level 2 charger the Audi e tron has the ability to receive a 9.6kw charge. My Audi e tron was only charging at a 4kw pace. Thatās not right and I had hoped for expert answers. The team at Audi Spokane clearly did not know. They told me that the charging system appeared fine. When I asked about how well it changed on a level 2 charger they had know idea. I do not think they know what a level 2 charger was. I asked them to contact Audi USA for information and guidance and call me with some answers. Itās been over a week now and no one has called me on the issue. They drove my car back to the service center to perform the annual maintenance on the car and outside of being handed a checklist of things they looked at I have know idea what they really did back there. We need to understand our new technologies and get up to speed with what this car has to offer. If you donāt know your product, learn about it and have some answers if asked.

The purchase experience of my Audi A5 was top notch. The sales team answered all of my questions and I felt like it was a team effort to get me exactly what I was looking for. The service department could use some workāthis is my second Audi purchaseāmy first was in another state, where the real champions, when it came to customer service, was the service team. Last week I was called to let me know my license plates had arrived. When I spoke with the representative I mentioned that I had received an email stating I missed an appointment I didnāt even know I had. She said that was my first appointment check for my new car. I told her I didnāt make that appointment but would like to reschedule it. She made my appointment for a couple days later and told me my car would be washed during the visit and would take about 30-40 minutes. When I brought my car in I was the only person there. I asked the lady if they could put my license plates on my car, she said no problem. They did the service on my carāwhich took over an hour. When I walked to my car, it had not been washed. I went back in to ask about itāthey said āsorry we dont have anyone todayā Normally I wouldnāt care so much but I had cancelled an appointment to have my car detailed and washed since they told me it would be washed at the appointment. They also didnāt remove the temporary tag from the window, which also might seem petty but one of the reasons I bought an Audi was because I want exceptional service when I come in and the attention to detail, which is important to me. I also have a Ford as a fleet vehicle for my jobāI get better service with them when I bring that in to get serviced. Disappointing, especially since this is my first experience.

Very similar to that of "Patrick Martin", my 2014 A6 TDI required a new battery a few other issues I wanted to be addressed, there was a lack of communication from the service department. Please do better! Down to One Star: I called to speak with the GM three times. 1st call no one answered, 2nd time again no one answered, 3rd time John answered but the GM wasn't in the building. He offered to send my call to his voicemail. If you could contact I'll probably answer the call.

We brought our car in for its first oil change. We were told they would also hand wash it before we got it back and it would be about an hour and a half. We came back to the dealership at two hours and waited another half hour. The Service Manager looked us up and told us the oil change was finished but it would take an additional 20 minutes for the car wash. We left without the car wash.

Requested a repair quote multiple times now for a rear main seal replacement - Each time I was told by a Service Manager (Some one every call), that they would call me back once they spoke to the Parts Department and calculated the total labor cost - Unfortunately each time I never recieved any follow up call or email (I double checked every time I called to ensure they have the correct contact information which they confirmed) - It's been going on for 3 months now - I would completely understand if it was a one-time occurance but it's been a minimum of 4 times over the course of 3 months - lack of customer service and care

I started my search online because I donāt have a close, local Audi dealership. Audi Spokane was the same distance from me as Audi Bozeman and I went with Audi Spokane because they had a larger inventory for the model of car I wanted and in the color I wanted. They made it super easy. Buying a car is always such a long and painful process but they made it as quick and painless as weāve ever experienced. We didnāt go through annoying haggling over the credit I was going to get on the vehicle I turned in; they were very fair. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

Our experience with Audi Spokane was excellent. We bought a car we absolutely love, and the sales person and sales manager went above and beyond. Regarding the sale, our salesman was very familiar with all the tech packages, and he knew how to use them. Our experience has been that this isnāt always the case at other car dealers. And he followed up after we bought the carā he and his sales manager both came to our house (40 miles away!) to put on roof rails and to make sure the garage door and street gate were programmed to open using buttons inside the car. Everyone was kind and accommodating. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy!

During signing we were advised that the package that we were purchasing would include detailing and the finance manger even went into detail on how he always buys this package and he regularly get his car detailed using this package. Then he added thatās if you scratch the wood paneling that same package would cover the repair. When it came time to call and use that protection package we were informed that the product was misrepresented and advised to call the dealership. After calling several days in a row and leaving a message and even being told by another finance manger that I would receive a call, I have still yet received zero call backs or any sort of follow up. Iām really disappointed because we went out on a limb to buy for this dealership we havenāt never bought from and in the end we got burned.

Oil change and detail, also cost for headlight replacement. After I picked up the car I soon noticed an oil leak under the car, not a drop of oil prior to the oil change, called Audi and they scheduled me 1.5 weeks out stating if the oil leak is not their fault then I pay for it. Also I requested the cost to replace my headlights, they charged me $140 for headlight replacement cost quote, I can google search replacement headlights. Currently I am not driving the car, oil is leaking and I wait for their next charges to fix the oil leak they caused. Beware.

1 star might be generous. 14 Audi A6 had a check engine light. After a week of them not even answering the phone or returning messages to make an appointment for 3 weeks away they sat on the car for over 3 weeks doing nothing! They called the day after drop off saying the battery was not to spec and they needed to replace it. Still no answer on the check engine light. In the ensuing week I made multiple phone calls to the service advisor with no answer. Once I finally cornered him by calling the main line, he was not even able to tell me what was wrong with the car. Couldn't even tell me what the code was. He promised to get back to me later that day once he had a chance to talk to tech. He never called. I kept calling over and over again with no answer and no return phone calls. When I did finally corner him again after almost a week of this (by calling the main number and asking for General Manager) he said they had the part for a few days and weren't sure why they hadn't put it on. He then asks me if I want the battery that I already had approved. I asked to speak to Service manager which he sent me the number for. I called that number a left a message and never got an answer or return phone call. At this point the tech was responding to texts but NEVER initiated contact with me from 2nd day after the car was dropped off. Was quite honestly the most insane dealer experience I have ever had. I simply can not understand how they can not answer the phones. As mentioned before I called at least 15-20 times with no one answering the phone. I left about 5 messages with none of them being answered. The only way to get anyone on the phone was to ignore the direct to service line and talk to the main reception person who would track someone down. On top of all of that I have never been sent the promised work orders or receipts for the work that was done. I am only vaguely aware of what was done to the car. I am too frustrated to attempt to call them back to get something sent.

Not resetting the DEF computer sensor caused us a great deal of angst and significantly delayed our road trip. After visiting your service center we had to backtrack to the nearest service center in an unfamiliar area after a warning light came on indicating our engine would not start again in 100 miles. Only 350 miles in on a 1000 mi.road trip, I was glad it wasn't later in the day, no services, or out in the middle of nowhere. Made for a very stressful start to a long trip after a routine service.

I came in for an oil change which took 2 hours. Audi used to wash your car with every service - perhaps that is no longer included. It was pointed out that my brakes needed to be replaced. I was given a business card for the service coordinator (with her direct number) so that I could make an appointment to have the brakes serviced. I left 2 messages for my calls to be returned over the span of several hours. I gave up after the 3rd try and called the service department directly to schedule this $1800+ service. I have rarely had good luck trying to contact the service coordinator directly - not sure why this "direct access" is even offered.

Great experience. Everyone took very good care of me as I had multiple services done to my vehicle. They were very efficient and everything was done in a timely manner. The only reason I gave them 4 stars āļø instead of 5 is there were zero loaners available so I had to rent the car for the day. They did have a discount through thrifty and they were great to deal with also. The gentleman that took care of us at thrifty was very kind. When we went to Bozeman they provided a loaner. We have to drive 4-6 hours to service my vehicle since I paid for the Audi care package which is why I came to Spokane. I would say that was my only complaint. Everyone I came into contact with was a joy to deal with.

The staff was very helpful and services were explained, but I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and I was there for almost 3 hours. When I left and looking in my mirror my rear wiper blade was sticking straight out. When I checked my oil change reminder on the car it was not reset. These are items that are not a big deal but would not expect from a luxury car dealer.

I just got my 2019 A3 this last year and then traded it for a 2020 S3, and so far my experience with the staff and service has been none other than exceptional. Even though short staffed, scheduling was a breeze, service was top notch, and their porter even washed my car and vacuumed the dirt out of my floor mats. A great place overall!

I have a new Q-7, that came without a front license plate bracket. I prefer not having a front plate, and have had 3 vehicles without a front plate over the past few years. For whatever reason, the Idaho state Troopers decided to start enforcing the statute that requires a front plate, and they gave me a warning ticket...so...I contacted the selling dealership in Spokane. They willingly provided the needed bracket and installation at no cost to me. Front plates are required in both Washington and Idaho, hence the no cost resolution. That said, they were quick and courteous in the service department.

Took my car here for service. Had wifi so I could work while waiting for her to get checked up. When my estimated time of completion was getting near, I was given an update which was much appreciated. And of course, got my girl back looking nice and shiny. Great customer service too. I got to know them (distanced, of course) and they even offered a slice of pizza because they knew I had been there for a while. Definitely will be back for any issues and my next service check in. Plus, OMG THE PLANTS ARE AMAZING. WHO EVER TAKES CARE OF THEM NEEDS A RAISE. That croton is living its best life!

This was our second experience with autonation. The 1st was just about 3 years ago we purchased an 07 Expedition from autonation Toyota as part of the credit rebuilding process needed from past mistakes on our part. They were great, no pressure sales very competitive with our trade and vehicle pricing. The finance department gave us great advice to make progress on our journey. Fast forward to February 2021 we went to Autonation Audi to look a 3 cars test drove them and found a great fit in a 2014 S8. We had a pre approval from Capital one. At the end if the day we signed papers on a final approval. The next morning Austin in finance called with a much better approval saving us 9% on the interest rate with a local credit union. I try to be understanding and patient. I rarely, if ever, post complaints. But something doesn't sit right about our current Audi experience. Recently my wife took our 2020 Q3 in for its 1 year service.Ā The 2020's clock will not keep a consistent time. We set the clock, but after we turn off the car, the clock loses the setting. The service department was unable to fix the clock issue at the 1 year service. They told my wife that the issue was known to Audi, Audi did not have a solution but directed my wife to a separate division of Audi corporate for a potential resolution.Ā My wife was told by the corporate division this was a new issue (not a known issue) and directed her back to the dealership for a service department appointment to address this issue. So, on my vacation day, I took the Q3 to the dealership only for the service department to tell me this is a known issue and there is no current solution but they expect a solution next quarter, hopefully. While everyone we've worked with has had a pleasant attitude, Audi hasn't provided us with a consistent answer and has caused us to waste our time on the phone and attending a useless appointment - for which it appears there is no remedy.

Audi A8L service and detail on 01.12.2021. Easy to make appointment and convenient location in Spokane Valley. Was provided a loaner on request. Oil change and inspection was completed as anticipated. Had a 'full detail' which included exterior/ interior/ engine. Scratches on the car were not removed/ repaired as requested. Service advisor was pleasant and earnest but not familiar with vehicle nor responsive with follow up. Not the Audi five star service I expected. Hopefully will have expectations exceeded, next time.

Audi-Spokane's automated system for Service Appointments is a total joke. It's cumbersome to book a service, so I've always had to call. Once a service is booked, their system reminds me almost daily, to the point it feels like harassment. Some of their service reps are great; others are lame because they don't follow up as promised. I suspect the actual service techs are okay, but I don't directly interface with them. The most frustrating thing that I've experienced at least 3 times in the past year is their automated system sends me an email that I missed my appointment, when in fact I brought my car in on time and the appointment happened as scheduled. Then several days later their system scolds me again for missing my appointment, and asks me to reschedule. They have known about this glitch for at least a year and have done nothing about it. To me, this indicates they really don't care about their customers, as they have done nothing proactively to reach out and improve.

We experienced disappointing customer service from service advisor Lacey during an expensive repair. Made an appointment a few weeks out, and I called the day prior to the appointment to confirm it - all confirmed, set to go. Day of the appointment, arrived and was told there was no record of the appointment . They said they could squeeze it in and complete the repair that day. The final 90 minutes of their work day, I called repeatedly to find out what time the car would be available for pick-up, and could never get through...the phone rang and rang. I called the Parts department and asked them to please walk a message over to their service desk to return my call. Their 6 o'clock closing time came and went with no call back, and I was left without my car for the night. Thought for sure they would call first thing in the morning. By late afternoon the next day, still no contact from them. I called for a status update and was told my service advisor was too busy to take my call, but the car was ready and I could talk with her then. When we arrived to pick up the car at 5pm, a Volkswagen service member was filling in at the desk and said everyone from Audi was gone for the day - 1 hour before closing. Not the Volkswagen staff member's fault, but they couldn't answer my questions about the service or address my concerns about the delay and poor communication . No apology offered, which would have been a simple step. Maybe they're low on staff, but a quick phone call to update a customer on their car isn't asking too much.

Was greeted by Melaia who happy and friendly on a snowy day. I came on for a 115k maintenance to insure my trip back to Pa would be un eventful. I thought it was just a filter and oil change but found out it was also belts , plugs and was going to be a few hours which Melaia offered a loaner and informed me of a couple place to go to pass the time. I ended staying and talking with the parts guy and salesman who were also friendly and shared stories of our travels. My vehicle was done in a couple hours, a text and email were sent offering to allow me to pay over phone. Car was warmed up and and Melaia showed me to my vehicle .

Purchased a new Audi from this dealership. I was very satisfied with the salesman (Zachary) I dealt with. We negotiated what I considered to be a fair price for the vehicle in relatively short order. It didn't seem like it was necessary for Zachary to make countless trips to his sales manager before we decided on a price. I also didn't feel pressure to purchase. I knocked off a star for two reasons. During the administrative portion of the sale, I had to repeatedly make it clear to the financial person that I was not interested in any of the service plans that were being aggressively pushed. The second issue was when I was being taught how everything worked on the vehicle. I was expecting an Audi expert to walk me through a well scripted, often performed performance. The two people who collectively assisted me were far from experts.

For the record we really enjoy our Audi. It is not our first. The problem is we live 30 miles away from the dealership. So when we get service it is a special trip for us. This weekend we scheduled an oil change for 10am and it was after 1pm before it was done. The customer service representatives were very courteous but unfortunately the over all service was poor. In advance of the repairs/service we were advised it would take 2 days to complete. We drove from out of state and spent the weekend in Spokane while the repairs were to be completed. We had little communication from the dealer as to the status of the repairs. On day 2 (a Saturday around 4:30 pm) we came to the dealer to pick up our vehicle, at which time we were told it was not ready. We were allowed to use a loaner vehicle to return home, which was nice. However, the lack of communication was extremely frustrating. Adding to the problem was the inability to call the service department. Many times the calls went unanswered. At one point I had to call the sales department in order to get into contact with the service department. Communication goes a long way. If we had been timely advised that the repairs would take longer than anticipated our frustrations would have been mitigated but the lack of communication exacerbated them. Hopefully the repairs were done correctly but its still too early to tell.

I've had generally good experiences and good, friendly service from this dealer. We purchased a used 2015 Audi Q5 TDI and we love it. We generally have it serviced elsewhere because the prices here are outrageously high. For example an oil change that costs about $100 at another import specialty shop is about $200 here! I recently had a front brake job at another shop for about $850, Auto Nation quoted me $1400 for the same job. One employee in particular, Tim in Parts, has been very helpful on a few occasions. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and has offered good recommendations and information on a few issues I asked about. Since Deiselgate VW-Audi was required to or agreed to provide free DEF/AdBlue fluid thru 10 yr/120,000 miles. Now they say they're only allowing 1 unit or about 1 gallon per service appointment and from what I can tell the capacity is 6-7 gallons. I was told this is an Audi decision rather than Appleway.

I am truly disappointed in your staff. Upon check in for service on 10-31-2020, I had to ask the person checking me in to put on his mask which was firmly affixed to his CHIN. He then pulled it over his mouth NOT nose and laughed. I said please put it on correctly. He did. The person next to him who was really supposed to check me in wore her mask covering mouth only NOT nose. She quickly covered her nose. There were two other staff walking through the waiting room with mask either on chin or not covering nose. This is unacceptable if not dangerous. You need to get a handle on this now. Then customers were allowed to roam freely from refreshment stand to a table, walking in front of me without masks. This was in clear view of your staff. No one did anything. It's a dealership NOT a restaurant. I think that people who refuse to wear masks properly are either ignorant or insensitive. To me it boarders on assaultive. Took my vehicle in for a recall and to check on a few other things and no paperwork was provided on the service performed and no one could tell me if all items were addressed. In need of a new car soon but not sure I want to get another Audi because of the problems with service. Malaia is the only one willing to help. Corporate needs to allow more hiring for help.

The salesman we dealt with neglected to tell us we could not write a check for the vehicle we were purchasing. He was not working when the vehicle was available on a Sunday. He was aware we were going to pay for it when we picked it up. That caused much more time and effort to finalize the transaction. We resided more than 50 miles away from the dealership, and not knowing to have a Certified Check made the process very tedious and uncomfortable. Waited close to 3 hours for an oil change and to get my tires rotated and balanced and it took calling x4 to make an appointment, my voicemails were not returned. Was told my car was getting washed for over an hour which seemed inaccurate. Coffee machine had a malfunction and blew coffee out of it on my clothes and there were no paper towels in this area to clean the counter or myself. I will not be returning. Also got to hear some employee making personal phone calls all morning....I wonāt go into that but it was unprofessional.

We received excellent service, except one of the guys working with customers at the service desk had his mask below his nose the whole time he was working with another client. Thank goodness we were not working with him. I was very disappointed with his behavior, especially since masks are required in Washington. He caused the lower marks. All other employees were wearing their masks properly.

We made a cash purchase but I didn't like the finance manager's pitch for the additional vehicle coverages, such as maintenance and parts, after being told about vehicle warranties and quality. I understand dealers get most of their profit now from service, not sales, so it's understandable but it irritated me.

Truly an exceptional experience working with sales associate John Ward at Audi Spokane. In all phases of the sales process John (and support staff) set himself apart. He impressed with his preparation, product knowledge, and follow up as well as a level of customer care that exceeded the high standards normally associated with the brand. John and I communicated via email regarding my online build and when I arrived at his sales desk he had window stickers of available cars in his dealer network for my review, allowing me to quickly make a selection. My trade was assessed and the give and take of negotiations was painless and pleasant with most aspects of the purchase agreement resolved in under an hour. John announced the new car - prepped and detailed - with stunning pictures from his mobile phone. The walk-around the next day was even more impressive - the car beautifully showcased under the bright lights of the service reception area. My headlights are so out of adjustment now that one of their technicians decided to mess with them that I can?t see more then 30 feet ahead of me and almost wrecked! They were FINE before they decided to re do them which I did not ask for. I called on Thursday to inquire on another part and told the girl how bad my headlights were! She said she would call me back. It is now Saturday night and I have yet to be called! I am very angry as my headlights are so messed up that my car is not safe to drive at night!

Found a new Audi Q5 to buy that was available on their lot. Test drove it two days later and decided to buy with trading in my previous car. They gave a very good trade-in value and honored the sale discounts available at the time. Very professional and courteous salesmen and financial advisors. Car was handed to me in a perfect conditions and set up to mu linking. Only little negative is how insistent the financial advisor was with selling me additional packages I did not want to. Otherwise, great experience!

I have one experience so far with Audi of Spokane. We just bought a new car from them. The arrangements were made prior to us traveling there from Montana, but for some reason, the process took several hours! I would not call that a good experience. We had our child with us. Also, the car had clear spots of dirt or grease. I was told they would send me a bottle of cleaner to clean it myself. I have yet to see the bottle of cleaner.

I have always had my car serviced at this dealer and this is the first time I have a complaint. I made an appointment for a Multi Point Inspection which I was told would take a hour and a half. I brought my car in at the designated time which was 1:00 PM and I did not get my car back until 4:30 Pm when I finally asked the service manager why it was taking so long. She replied that it was ready an hour ago, but they were having problems with the car wash. I told her that if she would have told me that an hour ago, I would told her to forget the car wash. Even though, my car's appointment took 2 and a half hours not 1 and a half hours. What is going on with the service department!!??

I purchased my first Audi (used) at the beginning of September from AutoNation. I have always wanted an Audi and was so excited. On September 28 I had my first service appointment. When I dropped the car off I told them that the check engine light had come on but went off after a few days. I was told that they would check in to it. When I picked up the car no one went over any findings with me so I had no idea if there was an issue with the car. Over the next month the check engine light kept coming on and then would go off again. It happened 3 or 4 more times. I called the service department and made an appointment. I dropped my car off on October 24 at 7:00AM. When I picked up my car at 5:00PM I was given a laundry list of things that were wrong with the car and a hefty bill that would not actually fix the car but would pin point the issues which would then lead to fixing the car. There apparently is a large oil leak at the front of the engine. They want to clean the front of the engine and replace some gaskets and they want to put a UV dye in so that they can pin point the leak. Once that is done then they would be able to fix the car. Now mind you, I purchased the car less than 2 months ago. It came with a limited (4 month 4,000 mile) warranty and I also purchased an extended warranty as I knew that Audi's can be expensive to fix. I was told when I picked up my car that neither warranty would cover what was diagnosed due to the fact that the technician was unable to pin point where the oil leak was coming from. I was told that they would call the warranty place and talk to them to see if they would possibly cover any of the repair. I asked how this huge oil leak could have been missed when the car had been brought in for the 30 day after purchase service? One guy told me that it was because my check engine light had not been coming on before the first service. I told him that was incorrect and that I had told them when I dropped the car off that the check engine light had come on. I felt that I was shooed out the door and that no one really cared about my concerns. A good friend of mine is an Audi owner and has a good relationship with the service department and he offered to go in to the dealership with me the next day and see if he could help get me some straight answers. When we walked in, they knew him by name. He explained that he was there on my behalf as he felt that I was given poor service compared to the service he has received in the past. He was given a detailed account on what was found with my car. He asked if they could please call the warranty place and see if one of my TWO warranties would cover the repairs. He was told that the call would be made that day. As we were getting ready to leave we ran into the GM in the parking lot and he asked if he could help us with anything. I explained my situation to the GM and made sure he understood how upset I was. He said that he would personally call the warranty place and get an answer for me. This was on Friday October 25. As of Monday, I still had not received a call from anyone. I called the service department on Tuesday October 29 to see if I could get some answers regarding the warranty company. Of course no one was available so I left a message with the receptionist as well as a voicemail. Today is Wednesday October 30th and I still have not received a call back from the GM or the service department. I am absolutely disappointed in the service that I have received. All I want is an answer about what my two warranties cover and if they are going to cover the issue with my car. I purchased an expensive car that I absolutely love and was hoping would last me for many years. I thought I was buying from a company that cared about its customers and wanted to create return customers. At this point I would never buy another Audi from AutoNation and I would never recommend them to my friends or family. I am so disappointed.

I wouldn't leave a star at all, but unfortunately it does not give me that option. I'm writing this review so that other consumers are aware of how this company does business. I'm not talking about Autonation as a whole because I've had a good experience at Audi Westmont in Chicago. I'm strictly talking about this dealer Audi of Spokane. I'd like to say that Rick (my service adviser) is a good employee who went above and beyond. He honestly is the reason I kept coming back until the dealer simply didn't give me a choice. On 05/19/19 I brought my 2016 Audi A6 Prestige TDI to be serviced under warranty for a bad dome light and the MMI screen not closing all the way when the vehicle is turned off. Invoice #764130. When I went to pick up my car I found my dash cam unplugged and my interior vent assembly damaged. I did not leave the dealership I showed Rick my service manager and he apologized for the inconvenience and assured me he would get the part on order to repair the damage that there tech caused. On 06/19/19 I brought my 2016 Audi A6 Prestige TDI to be service under warranty again for the MMI screen clicking and to replace the damaged vent assembly that there tech damaged on 05/19/19. They said they had a master tech work on my vehicle this time and apologized again. The tech fixed the clicking noise in the MMI screen and installed the new vent assembly and trim. Invoice # 765260. When I went to pick up the car I found the trim around my new vent assembly does not match. Rick agreed the vent trim did not match and said they would look into why. Fast forward to 08/21/19 the dealer could not find a vent assembly with the same trim for my vehicle. My trim is discontinued even though my car is not even 4 years old. I told Artie the GM of this dealer and Ray Jones the Service Manager that I am NOT satisfied with the repair on my $78,000 MSRP Audi A6. I gave the dealer 2 options that would satisfy me the customer #1 remove the trim off my old vent assembly that the dealers service tech damaged and install it on the new vent assembly that is not damaged. #2 Replace all the trim in the vehicle to match the new trim the dealer service tech has installed. Artie the GM has advised me that in his eyes the repair is done and that I can pay them per hour to reinstall the trim. At this point I'm furious It's been months and I understand a lot of that time was the dealer researching why they couldn't find the correct part but this is a unacceptable outcome to a very terrible experience to begin with. I will not let this dealer treat me this way and I've weighing out my options at this point. Audi of America has stated they do not agree with the dealers decision in this case but cannot force the dealer to do anything as they are ones who damaged the trim. Previous issues... I'm ashamed to say I've bought a new 2014 VW Jetta TDI at this dealer that when purchased was promised a body kit installed later that week before I went back to my home in North Dakota which ended up taking months after the purchase. I've had my 2012 Audi A6 Prestige 3.0 serviced here and I was told I needed $4500 in repairs when in reality I only needed a coolant valve and a new electrical plug. That was 25,000 miles ago... On that same service I was also charged an extra diagnostic fee so the tech could verify what coolant valve was leaking (the 3.0 engine only has 1 coolant valve on a 2012 A6). Strike #1 damaging my car and not being honest about it (I had to point out the damage) Strike #2 Making promises to repair and then backing out of promises (service manager Ray already agreed to try and swap my old trim on the new vent assembly) Strike #3 Artie telling me that my car isn't special, that it's worth 6k and he'll buy it from me if I'm not satisfied with repairs. He gave me his personal number then told me to stop calling it. (said it would be harassment). He will literally insult you and then ask why you are raising your voice.

Iāve had some so-so experiences thru the years, but I feel like this purchase was the best of the four and the experience was awesome! John (salesman extraordinaire) took such kind care of me for 6 hours without rushing me along during my multitude of questions with all of the new tech upgrades, Mike (sales manager) gave me as many rebates/perks as possible knowing that I was willing to walk away without a new car, Greg (financial guru) helped me sort thru the choices of extended warranty or no extension with total grace & understanding, and Doug (VW salesman) is the reason I went back to the dealership after 24 hours of āsleeping on itā & even though I opted for the Audi again, I almost bought a VW!! TERRIBLE SERVICE. Brought my Audi A3 to get my A/C recharged 2 times and itās still not done. The first time I waited 4 hours for a recharge which is suppose to take an hour and a half tops! Finally someone came out and said sorry the techs left and your cars not done, you can drop it off again tomorrow. I said alright what a waste of time so the next day which was a Friday afternoon I dropped it off so they could have it all day Saturday. Not once did I receive a call or anything and this was about 1pm on Saturday so I went in there and asked whereās my car and is it done? The guy then proceeds to tell me the machine ran out of freon and the recharge didnāt get done AGAIN. He then said they wonāt have a shipment of freon until 4 days later. I said give me my car back, Iām done with you guys and when I got it back it was hot inside so meaning itās been outside in the sun for awhile so no call no nothing? Come on Audi the service department is a JOKE!!

I took my car in for a driver's side air bag replacement--recall. I was treated very well...they even had fresh doughnuts, tea, and coffee! The repair took less time than anticipated and my car was washed and shiny clean when I got it back.

Service customers should be aware they need to specifically request Audi parts to be utilized for all maintenance and repairs otherwise the dealer will likely substitute Autonation parts where they can. While invoices now say āIf you have chosen a non-OE part, it will be identified on your invoice as āAP*ā¦ā, I have never been asked to approve use of non-OE parts. If there were a benefit to me such as lower cost, Iād at least consider it against the warranty implications. Prior to my annual service I verbally requested use of only Audi parts and VW-approved synthetic oil. An Autonation filter was utilized anyway. To the Service Departmentās credit, when I pointed out the problem, they replaced the filter and topped off the oil. But customers shouldnāt have to specifically request an Audi dealership use Audi parts. If I was OK with non-Audi parts Iād use a non-Audi service provider.

Wouldnāt recommend anyone to take their Audi to this dealership. I own an 2009 Audi A4, four years ago the Spokane Valley did the oil consumption settlement on the car. The car was consuming 1 1/2 quarts of oil a week. The dealership put new pistons and rings in the engine. About a year later the time chain tensioner fail, causing the engine to blow up. I have called around to other car manufacturers dealerships, they all said that Audi dealership should of put a new timing chain and tensioner when they put new pistons and rings in it. So the car was sitting in my garage for two years. Now in January of 2019 I was quoted 6,800 dollars for a new engine. I went ahead and had them do it, wife went to pickup the car and somehow the bill was 1000 dollars more than the quote. The car started making noises the next day. Called Xay the service manager he said it was probably flat spots in the tires from sitting for two years. So we took it to a tire store and there wasnāt any flat spots on the tires, the dealership forgot to thighten the lug nuts. I called Xay and informed him about the lug nuts not being tighten and ask if could look at the vehicle to double check there work because thereās still a noise from the engine when your driving it. Today, February 12, 2019 Xay informed me they wouldnāt be giving me a service loan to double check theyāre work. Shows how much they care about their customers. I think they would what to make this right but I guess not.

They both were friendly and professional, explained the details of a passenger seat PODS recall maintenance, and were able to provide us with a loaner vehicle for the period our car was in maintenance so we could do some shopping and check into our hotel. I recently purchased a 2016 Audi S6, and couldnāt be happier. I was looking for a very specific high performance car, and fully loaded with very specific features. My salesperson did a great job finding the exact car to fit my needs. This is our second Audi purchase this year, as we also purchased a 2018 Audi SQ5 in the summer. Although prices at AutoNation are set for used cars, they are very reasonable and not overpriced. For our new car, they were actually able to beat Costco pricing, so that was great! I had the most wonderful salesperson, Patricia Hawley, so if you are looking for a new or used car, you must see her! Hands down the best salesperson at the dealership!

This was a scheduled service to mount my snow tires on our Q7. The visit was flawless. The car was returned washed and cleaned. The wheels were balanced and tire pressures are appropriate. The visit was excellent. I have been a patron of this dealership - kudos.

Terrible. The car had a mechanical failure and had to be towed to the dealer. It took 8 working days to get the part and fix the car. It was impossible to get in touch with anyone other than sales at the dealer. Car seems to be fixed as of now and they did bring the car to our home. Is the service manager was friendly and helpful but the rest of the process was far below what I would expect in a competitive market. Looking for another car and dealer at the time of this writing.

Never really felt comfortable with this individual and he proved to be less than professional when closing. He also made promises that he did not deliver upon. I would NOT purchase from him again.

Unbelievable...We arrived at your facility after driving 300+ miles in 99-104° temperatures with no air conditioning, in a road trip from the Central Oregon Coast to Minnesota. Without an appointment, Cy welcomed us with a smile, got our Audi right in for repairs. He came out to report problem was a switch, and that it would be repaired in 30 minutes. He kept us informed of progress and price. Despite the problem, it was a wonderful experience. Thank you so much.

Very upset with the service manager Ricky. It took 2 weeks for him to call me back with the report on damage to my Q5. Timing change broke caused damage. He told me he was calling my sons cell phone which has nothing to do with my account. When My car was dropped off I made sure they had all my phone numbers and Email. 10000-13000 for a new engine. Well I took it elsewhere for a second opinion. And I am glad I did, they also called the Audi dealership in Spokane to see if the Rings and Pistons were done on my car due to a recall. And they told them no! Which is not true because they were. This could of been a costly 3000.00 mistake for ME. Since the service was done they were able to repair my car for 3000.00 less than what it would of cost me for a new engine. Not happy with Audi, giving out incorrect information for they have in the past done all my service and follow up.

Purchased a used 2016 Kia Soul from this Dealership. I was told they did a 125 point safety inspection. I drove home a found that there was no spare tire or tire changing tools. My experience thus far with Audi Spokane has been stellar! Xay in the service department not only went out of his way to make sure our visit was a good one, he also found a recall that I didn't know about, and arranged for me to return next week, reserved a rental for me so I didn't lose a day of my life, and got it all done in a matter of minutes. We don't just drive an Audi for the driver experience (which is amazing by the way), but we drive an Audi for the entire experience. The buying process, the customer service, the follow up, the service department, everything. I have owned several Audi, and will continue to drive Audi. so many issues, so little time 1--they quoted me 450 for a new audit key (already exorbitant) then charged me 650. 2--when i called about an oil consumption problem, the indicated that is was an issue with my q5 and that there was a warranty associated with it. when i arrived they indicated that audi was not going to do anything in regards to the issue. in fact the issue seems to have to do with crankcase pressure, they did not even think to diagnose the issue. 3--i asked them to look at a headlight alignment issue. they reseated the bulbs but did not check the alignment. in fact they did not properly fasten something and the headlights were rendered substantially unusable on the right side. utterly incompetent but at least it is very expensive

The service writer was great (I forgot her name), she found warranty issues on my car that I did not know about. She informed me that the wrong coolant in my Q7 and that it needed flushed. I told her that I had not done anything to the car and that their shop is the only people that had worked on it since I bought it, she agreed and needed Rays (service Manager) approval. Ray came out, would not look me in the eye, and told me that they did nothing with the antifreeze when they put it on the lot for sale but he guarantees that it left with the correct antifreeze and proceeds to tell me i am not telling me the truth. This seems to be the way he operates his business, I choose never to purchase a vehicle from this dealership again not will I bring any service issues to the. Go See Sven at EuroPro, honest local business, they have my business form now on.....

My 2009 audi that had been well maintained died on me suddenly without explanation. No crash. Was told the engine is non functional. How? Why? This was my first visit to this dealership. They recommended I contact audi. I did and was simply told it was out of warranty. The dealership tried to assist me with the referral. The manager and service folks gave me time and attempted to contact regional folks. Eventually I decided to get a new car. I stuck to audi only given good reviews on the cars. The test drive was good. One agent appeared to have limited information on the vehicle. The other person was well informed. The finance person could be more personable. The rest were all pleasant. They also have snacks which helps with how long the process can sometimes be.

I bought a brand new Audi Q7. From the day I drove it home the brakes have squealed terribly. I was told it was normal and would go away. 2 years later it has only gotten worse. I have brought it in for service several times and always told its 'normal'. On my last service the tech acknowledged it was a problem and that other models were experiencing brake trouble and recalls were starting to happen. But, because my model hadn't been recalled they wouldn't fix my brakes. I have called back twice, and twice told they would bet in touch with higher-ups and get back to me. Still waiting on that. Not only do they squeal loudly but brake grease sprays out constantly and my wheels are black and dirty no matter what I do. Not what I expected from Audi. I don't need to tell my friends and family to stay away from this brand, all I have to do is come to a stop and everyone around knows there is something seriously wrong with my car.

I spent a couple of hours in the building while they worked on a recall item - the coffee was warm and yummy, the staff very friendly and I even had the remote to the TV. They fixed the car and then gave me a much needed little tutorial about some things within the car that I hadn't realized yet. It was a very nice, comfortable experience.

Updated Review on August 9: 1 Star A second star was lost when the CPO A3 I purchased developed a rattle on our way back to Tri-Cities the night we bought the car. (The Audi TC Service team and general manager have been incredibly supportive while they work through the problem.) A third star was lost when calls to the general manager of Audi Spokane, Chris, to discuss my situation went unreturned. An email with my concerns (which did include my plan to post updates to my online reviews) was ultimately responded to, at which point GM Chris asked me to email the problems I've been facing with the car so that he might forward it on to Audi regional management for possible support. I have heard nothing from either level since. The fourth and final star was lost today, as my car that quite recently was supposed to have passed a Certified Pre-Owned Inspection has now been in the shop for over 4 weeks. Work has been done on its heat shields, timing chain tensioner, and now camshaft. There is no solid estimate of when the vehicle will be returned to me. UPDATE: Vehicle was returned in good order on August 11. I'm so incredibly disappointed with this purchase, and felt inclined to share it so that every possible customer has a chance to hear my situation and maybe make a more informed decision prior to buying or servicing a car here. The 5-star experience was lost when we had to wait 3 hours from signing on the draft deal with sales to actually getting to sit in the finance office to finalize the deal. Our gal was kind, thorough, and efficient, but they need to hire more people to do the job.

My sales person was excellent, John Ward did a great job! He was super knowledgeable and knows his product. My issue was with the end attempting to buy the car and get home. John spent a good 45 min. going over the car with me and I was comfortable with that process. After showing me the car I had to wait 2.5 hours to pay for the vehicle! I had all my paper work finished, check made out and was ready to roll. I had let the m know that I was coming from out of town and needed to get on the road quickly because it was a 5 hour drive. That didn't happen and definitely took away from the buying experience. I in no way blame the salesman, but do blame the dealership. My wife had just leased a Q5 from them and had a similar experience with the finance department. I semi reluctantly would recommend this dealership because John Ward is an excellent sales person.

This last Friday my husband and I were on our way to Spokane for a weekend getaway and to see the Phantom of the Opera. We left Helena Montana without incident until we passed through Wallace Idaho. Our rear right tire ( two days old) blew out and literally came apart in several pieces. We got the car stopped and proceeded to change the tire to the spare. Also, very kind Idaho Highway Patrolman helped us get back on the road. We contacted our tire shop in Helena and the manager said he would find a tire in Spokane and let us know where it was and set up the installation of the new tire. After an hour he called and told us there was not one of these tires to be found in all of Spokane (at any of the tire shops) We thought to give the Audi dealership a call to see if they by chance had one in stock. We spoke with Tim in parts and he said he would check and get right back to us, which he did. He set up picking up the tire and getting it installed. When we arrived we pulled into the service bay and Melaia took immediate care of the situation. She processed our paperwork, gave us a loaner for the remainder of the day and the next until our car had been taken care of. She reassured us and sent us on our way knowing that they would do their best to take care of the problem. First, Audi Spokane went above and beyond to assist us. We did not purchase the Audi from their dealership but they treated us as if we had. Both Tim and Melaia were kind, professional and beyond capable. Thank you Audi Spokane for everything... you are the best!

Terrible service. I took in my Audi R8 and the service guy told me his accord could burn it in the 1/4 mile. So I showed him what's what down division. After he got done drying his tears and "fixed" my alignment...I was driving home and noticed a strange smell coming from the car. I parked it in my driveway and popped the hood only to find he had drained my antifreeze and replaced it with urine and skittles....who does that?!?.... only giving one star since 0 isn't an option.

We live more than three hours away from the dealership and needed our 10,000 mile service, along with a warranty service. We called ahead and scheduled a time. They got us in rather quickly. We arived for our appointment on time and was told it would take approximately 1 hour for all the repairs and they would call me. After 3 hours, there was no call, so I called them and had to leave a message. They returned my call within the hour. When we picked up the car, I was told by the person at the desk they usually wash the cars before they let them go but they were shorthanded. We were handed two forms to sign and our copy of the work/service completed. We were told by the service desk person that she needed to go in the back. After serveral minutes, she still did not come back. We took our paperwork and left. There was no opportunity for questions, updates or anything else. My feeling is if you are too busy don't schedule it. If there is going to be a delay, communicate that fact to the customer. If you say you are going to call, at the very least call and explain there will be a delay. I would recommend this dealership for buying purposes, but not for service on a weekend.

Took my car in here to get the recalls fixed which resulted in my car completely breaking down and having to have it Towed to my mechanic to find it was due to a faulty or wrong part to fix a particular recall. Audi took no responsibility and refused to fix it so I had to pay out of pocket for the repairs along with rental car and taking time off work. Whoever auto responds and copy/pastes responses to bad reviews, don't bother... I have called the general manager "Ray" pleanty of times and NEVER have I received a call back!!! This dealership is a complete Joke!

John Ward was the salesman that helped me find my RAV4. He was unbelievably kind and so helpful. He respected what we wanted and made sure to make it happen for us. We didnt feel pressured (he did try to upsell us, but honestly thats his job and he was very respectful when I told him the range I wanted to stay in) and left extremely happy at the end of the day. My experience purchasing vehicles in the past has left me angry and discouraged. I am so happy to find the person I will happily go through for any future car needs.

My wife flew down to purchase a Q3 from Audi Spokane then drove it to Seattle to have it shipped to Anchorage Alaska. This was 4 weeks ago. We paid for Audi Spokane the registration fees for Alaska. They sent a check to the AK DMV for wrong amount and refuse to send us another check made out to AK DMV for the right amount. The first check has not been cashed and won't be. They were suppose to send the first check over night when car was purchased but did not leave Spokane for 2 weeks!! and it was the wrong amount!!! Sod our brand new car sits in garage and can't be driven. This has been an absolute headache for my wife and is becoming one for me. I would not recommend this dealership to my worst enemy!! Had a fantastic car buying experience at Auto Nation Volkswagen, went to look at a used Jetta and ended up purchasing a brand new one for a cheaper cost. Isaac and Spencer specifically were fantastic, patient, and knowledgeable of the car brand and the car buying process. Tamara the Business/Financial Manager was also fantastic, explained the entire process perfectly and had total transparency on the transaction. The whole team was able to get Jaymee a first time car buyer a fantastic APR %, and an even better deal on the Jetta. Finally, on top of this the transaction started at the end of the normal workday and the team tirelessly took care of us through delivery of the car at almost ten at night with no signs of frustration or pressure from anyone. The first car obtained at this dealership occurred in 2006 via Mr. Logan Neil, who was the Brand Specialist for the car purchased at that time. Besides being sold an outstanding car, which I still drive as being like new, the price for the car, manner sold, and maintained through the dealership was outstanding. Mr. Neil was very attentive to our customer needs, while applying no pressure to purchase during the acquisition process at a fair price. He took the time to explain and answer questions related to the different car technical functions before we drove it off the lot. With most of the car maintenance being done at this dealership, Logan was there many of the times to meet and greet, while making our experiences worthwhile and enjoyable. The second car just acquired was an Audi Q5 Certified Pre-Owned vehicle (4000+ miles). Again, Logan, who is also an Audi Brand Specialist, was there to meet and greet during what was just going to be at first a general look around routine. Due to Mr. Neil being receptive to what was wanted in our started car purchase explanation, he pointed out and showed us a Certified Pre-Owned Audi Q5 vehicle on the lot. The Audi Q5 met our needs for an economical car purchase. As a return customer, an additional discount was given to us during the relaxed (no pressure) negotiated economical car purchase process, during which time we were made comfortable within the clean dealership facilities in a relaxed atmosphere. Logan also helped and ensured us that everything was covered during the car loan financial process. As was done during the first car purchase, Logan again took the time to explain and answer questions related to the even more technical functionalities of the car - Phone Voice Recognition, programming the different phone numbers into the car phone system, setting up voice recognition commands; arranged and set-up a three (3) months trial period for SIRIUS Radio; and other technical functions before we drove the Audi Q5 off the lot. As part of the Certified Pre-Owned Audi vehicle warranty, Mr. Neil ensured that all warranty objectives were met. I did not enjoy making the appointment due to the fact that it roughly a week out I think because there not a service loaner. Also the phones have a delay that makes it difficult to communicate over the phone. With that being said Brian Dean was very kind and courteous to meet my needs.

Tyler was really great from my first phone call to when I drove away in my new car :- ) I live about 3 hours from Spokane so I had to call Tyler quite a bit since it was a big purchase and needed a lot of information before moving forward. He always answered of returned my calls promptly witch was so nice. When I got to the dealership he was waiting for me and was ready. He's really knowledgeable and was able to assist me with all my questions and needs. I was so happy with his professionalism and service. I had an amazing experience and LOVE my car. This is my first Audi and I'm hook. I also drive 3 hours and go to them for my car service since I just love that dealership so much and get such a good service. However, having a knowledgeable honest sales experience is rare. I am compelled to write this review as, although I have not yet purchased, I recently worked with one of the sales representatives by the name of Logan. He was very helpful in giving me an honest assessment of what to reasonably expect in terms of cost as well as being able to compare options as compared to other manufacturers. As a timid buyer, I have nothing but praises for Audi Spokane and my sales rep Jason Wisher. After I explained what my shopping and finance preferences were, he and his staff went the extra mile to make me comfortable and delighted with my choice. Their customer service is outstanding. For example, no sooner had I gone about 5 miles when I somehow picked up a screw in the rear passenger tire. Since this was a pre-owned Audi, they actually replaced all four tires! Every interaction I had with this dealer seemed somewhat sketchy to me, as if no one really knew what they were doing, and didn't really care to improve. Communication was and still is absolutely terrible with phone calls and emails being ignored or responded to extremely late. I traded a vehicle in two weeks ago and they have failed to pay off my loan (state law requires pay-off in 2 days) I've tried contacting them and the only response was "I'll get back to you today"...several days ago. Would not recommend unless your purchasing a car with cash or using your own financing. Unless you are standing in their showroom, don't expect any assistance. Really is too bad that there isn't an alternative Audi dealership nearby.

I have never been disappointed when I take my A4 here. Xai always takes care of things. Two or three times this year, something minor was wrong and they just took care of it without charging me. Good people.

I purchased a Certified used A4 from Jim Miller and Chris Scott from Audi of Spokane. I looked at the car when it was turned in and it was nice but had a scratch on the bumper. They ran it through the certified program and repainted the whole back end and blended with the rear quarter panels. Unbelievable! It was immaculate when it came out of the shop and detailing. The car is the most sure footed vehicle I've driven in snow including my Jeeps, Infiniti FX35, Murano, anything! It holds a corner as well as my Mini Cooper and does it without feeling like I'm on a wild carnival ride! And it is sleek looking. Jim and sales manager Chris are professional, honest, collegial and fun to deal with. They put together a good price and even gave me the car on a BCA until the title was available. Impressive customer service. They showed me all the bells and whistles and pre-programmed it for me. Service after the sale has been stellar. I will buy my next cars through these two guys.
